I hope #Xfinity goes bankrupt! As of yesterday night, when the #debate would only stream about 3 seconds at a time between pauses, service no longer works. Now, video I’m streaming through the #AmazonPrime app is doing the same thing. Hard shutoffs don’t fix it. I want a #refund.

My Comcast bill is like $180, +$10 for Spotify and $30 for various Patreons. I steal sh*t when it's more convenient. However media companies want to divvy that ~$240 up is up to them, but that's what I'm paying to watch and listen to what I want, when and where I want.

@comcastcares The internet is working again, for the moment. We go offline at least twice a day, so we are due one more. Don't know if is router or just bad wiring. I suspect a combination of both.

@ananavarro @comcast You know Ana, every time I have called @comcast, the call went well and most times my problem was resolved over phone. I'm not happy about pricing, it sure costs, but service wise they were great

Ok I want to cancel and start has a new customer tomorrow. Sorry sir if you cancel you have to wait 1 year before you can get the deals

I finally asked can I be transfer to a Supervisor in USA said no. I called back 3 times in 2 days in a roll till I finally got some that could help
