SUMMARY: The content is a weather update by meteorologist Chase Ward. He mentions that there are a few storms in Central Arkansas, but they haven't moved to other counties. A frontal boundary is expected to push further south, causing more isolated storms throughout the day. Ward provides a live look at Doppler radar, showing storms near Pine Bluff and the I30 Corridor. The weather in El Dorado is a mixture of sun and clouds. Temperatures are in the upper 60s, and there is moisture at the surface. A frontal boundary will spark chances of rain, and there is a disturbance in West Texas causing strong storms there. Temperatures will reach the mid-80s today, with a chance of rain. There will be a brief cool down before temperatures rise again and another system brings possible relief next week.
A weak boundary layer has started pushing south into the ArkLaMiss where patchy showers and t-storms have been popping up further north. This front will push further south sparking up chances for patchy showers and t-storms across the ArkLaMiss. Cooler air will sink in from the northwest behind the front and combined with some cloud cover will help to keep temperatures a tad cooler in the mid 80's. The low pressure system across the central plains will stay far outside our area and rain chances will drop after tomorrow. Skies will clear by Wednesday, and temperatures will be on the rebound. Expect very hot and humid conditions closing out the week and into the start of the weekend. Our next system could bring back more rain chances by next Sunday and Monday.

SUMMARY: Louisiana's Rip Van Winkle Gardens, a popular tourist attraction, is seeking help from the community to repair damage caused by severe weather. The cost of wind and hail damage coverage is too expensive, leaving the gardens to pay for the repairs themselves. The lack of affordable wind and hail insurance is a problem across the state, with few carriers willing to provide coverage. The gardens have set up a GoFundMe page to help fund restoration efforts, as the closure of the business has resulted in no revenue. Donations from volunteers, family, and friends are greatly appreciated.
