How to check Gun Runners challenges? ›

If you press triangle on the map screen of your pipboy in the mic. spot it will list the challenges.

Sleep three days (72 hours). Three days is how long the gun runner guards take to respawn. Now that they are back, do the same thing all over again! Get to the gun runners.

Isaac's house is almost directly east of the Gun Runners kiosk and directly south of the New Vegas medical clinic, and across the street from the Hostetler home. Entering the house will result in a Karma penalty, and he threatens the Courier to leave. Dialogue can still be initiated with him after this.

The Gun Runners Arsenal add-on lets you access a number of unique weapons, weapon mods, ammunition types and recipes to be found through out the Mojave Wasteland, and increases the amount of challenges and achievements. It costs $3.99 or 320 Microsoft Points.

Weapon modifications

Note that in some cases, weapon mods will require the "GRA" version of the weapon for a modification to work. In other cases, any version of the weapon will suffice. See specific weapon modifications and/or weapon pages for details.

Wait a few days and they should restock. If they don't after 3 days, try waiting a week.

You can obtain two of the revolvers by stealing the weapon from the Lonesome Drifter and then later doing a barter check of 50 during the quest Talent Pool. If loading a saved game from the main menu in which you have the Mysterious Magnum equipped and drawn, the reload animation takes twice as long as normal.

Inside the gun smithy is a computer terminal with the manufacturing specifications (sought by Alice McLafferty of the Crimson Caravan). To the left of the foyer are the living quarters, where the kitchen, restroom and sleeping quarters can be found. A single Gun Runner guard can be found inside the living quarters.

Jericho can be recruited as a companion by finding him at Moriarty's Saloon and paying him a sum of 1000 caps, and only while the player character has Evil Karma. He has the same response to trying to hire him with Good or Neutral Karma.

There's no easy way into the Gun Runners, you have to pick the lock and then sneak in, or just kill everyone.

Is there a trader in Camp McCarran? ›

The NCR supply merchant, Sergeant Daniel Contreras, is also present. The door leading to the concourse is on the northern side, while the one leading to the airfield is on the southern side. A set of stairs in the northeastern corner leads up to the second floor.

The challenge is displayed briefly at the bottom of the screen at the beginning of a mission and can be checked throughout the mission via the menu screen.

These challenges can be located on the Pip-Boy under Data > Misc > Challenges. Upon completion of challenges, varying amounts of XP are granted to the player.

Approach the locked outer gate surrounding the Gun Runners' building, activate your Stealth Boy, and pick open the locked gate. Once that's done you can then move forward and slightly to the right to enter the Gun Runners' building. To keep the noise you make to a minimum, crouch down and run forward.

These challenges carry on across all playthorughs or must they be done in a single playthrough? Single playthrough. This applies to all kinds of challenges and achievements, the internal counters and variables are set in your savegame, no where else.
